• Can I talk to someone in confidence about my business needs?

  When you contact us, one of our experienced staff will have an initial chat with you to ask some questions so that we can better understand your business needs. We will signpost you to relevant and appropriate business support packages, resources or training that are provided by ourselves or our trusted partners.

• Do you offer training online and in-person?

  We deliver interactive business and leadership training courses both in-person and online, that range from 2 hours up to several days in length. We have qualified trainers with expertise in different subject areas and they will support you fully throughout the programmes to help you improve your business skills and knowledge.

• What is the difference between coaching and mentoring?

  We will carry out an initial chemistry call to find out your individual needs and determine whether you will benefit from one of our coaching or mentoring services. Coaching will work with you to help you set and achieve goals to identify and overcome barriers to individual progress, and to develop a growth mindset. Mentoring will provide you with a business expert to provide advice and guidance about specific topics and will help you access and use best practice to improve your own skills and knowledge.

• Do you provide free resources to support my business?

  We work with our clients to offer tailor made solutions and this is supported by our business builder toolkit which provides tools, templates, case studies and other information. Some resources have a fee where they are part of a package of business support however we also offer lots of freebies that you can access by signing up to our mailing list.

• How can I find access to services, funding and premises for my business?

  We have a range of activities that you can access including bespoke consultancy projects, business training and development, leadership coaching and business resources. If we can’t help you, we can direct you to our vast network and trusted providers to help you find the support that you need to sustain and grow your business.
